Like our precision spheres, our plano-convex lenses are manufactured from high-quality raw materials from leading manufacturers such as Schott, Ohara, CDGM, Sumita and Corning. By manufacturing from the sphere, we also achieve the highest possible polishing quality P4 for the radii of our lenses as well as an extraordinarily high precision regarding the surface shape. Whether centered or with sharp edges, our plano-convex lenses deliver the highest optical quality for clear and precise images in your applications.

Customization & refinement
Our sphere production process enables the precise manufacturing of plano-convex lenses. For applications where lenses with radii on both sides are required – for example in medical technology – we additionally offer the option of purchasing biconvex and convex-concave lenses from us. We produce these in cooperation with our trusted partners to ensure the highest quality for you. Furthermore, your lenses can be enhanced with special coatings to optimize transmission and reflection. We are also happy to take on the implementation of ready-to-install lens systems that are manufactured according to your specific requirements.
