Tailored production, highest quality

We manufacture our optics and micro-optics precisely according to your specifications and optimally adapt them to the requirements of your application. By using high-quality raw materials from leading manufacturers such as Schott, Ohara, CDGM, Sumita and Corning, as well as a 100% quality check for outgoing products, we guarantee the highest imaging quality, exact centering and accuracy of fit, as well as compliance with even the tightest manufacturing tolerances.

Sphere as a basis: your advantages

By producing from the sphere, we manage to consistently achieve the highest accuracy regarding the surface shape even in large quantities (up to 3 / 0.1 (0.1)). This precision applies to the spheres, as well as to the plano-convex lenses and drum lenses manufactured from them. Accordingly, any surface shape distortions – such as irregularities at the edges of the lenses – can be completely avoided. In addition, polishing with pitch ensures the highest possible polishing quality of class P4.

Inventory management

We manufacture your products in advance and store them until you need them. Our framework agreements ensure long-term planning security and constant material availability. This solution minimizes your financial commitment and assures on-time deliveries, even with fluctuating lead times for raw materials.

Series production

Our series production enables the manufacturing of large quantities with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces. Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC technology and proven manufacturing processes, we ensure that each product maintains consistently high quality and on-time delivery.

Extended vertical integration through partnerships

Our vertical range of manufacturing extends beyond our own production capacities. By collaborating with established and reliable partners, we can offer additional production steps, such as the processing of biconvex and convex-concave lenses, coatings and the manufacturing of cemented lenses. Therefore, you can obtain everything from a single source – from the basic manufacturing of the individual lens to the ready-to-install product.
